Small Crickets or House Crickets (Acheta domestica Sp) are a delicacy in the north east of Thailand. They are commonly prepared by frying in oil and seasoning with soy sauce and pepper.

Our crickets are raised on specially selected farms. They are fed a healthy diet of mixed grains, high protien cricket feed and vegetables. They are raised in clean, sealed and hygienic conditions. We process them at our GMP/HACCP accredited factory. They are 100% natural and do not contain preservatives, artificial colors or flavours. 100 grams of crickets contains a whopping 68% protein. They are also a good source of Vitamin B2 and iron.
