This super-healthy edible oil is packed with a wide range of healthy nutrients, adding a unique hint of ‘Cricketness’ to your dish. It works well in pasta, seafood, stir-fry, sauté, or noodles. Non-food uses include massage or hair oil. We’re just scratching the surface of the possibilities for this fantastic oil.
The oil has an aroma that resembles roasted nuts or biscuits with a mild nutty taste. It can be used like any other edible oil in salad dressings, frying, baking, bread dippings, and more.
