High quality dehydrated edible Sago Worms pupae, larvae of the Rhynchophorus ferrugineus beetle.
Sago Worms can be eaten alone as a snack, typically flavored with soy sauce, chili, and pepper, or lemon grass and kaffir lime leaf. They are also an accompaniment to a number of savory dishes. Some people serve them alive in fish sauce and chili and eat them whole.
Our sago worms are bred on our own farm based in Southern Thailand. They are processed from fresh at our GMP/HACCP/BRC accredited factory. They are cleaned, cooked (heat treated to over 110°C and dried at 100°C) and packed in sterile packaging.
